Takedown
Last updated: August 2026
1. Our Position
The Site indexes BitTorrent metadata only and does not store, host, or proxy any content files. Nevertheless, metadata itself (names, file lists, preview images) may still affect the legitimate rights of rights holders or individuals' privacy. We operate a reporting and takedown mechanism and commit to responding promptly to legitimate complaints.
2. Who May File a Complaint
- copyright owners or their duly authorized agents;
- individuals who believe an entry involves their personal or private information;
- users who discover that an entry involves security risks such as malware.
3. How to Submit and What to Include
You may submit through either channel:
- Online report: open the entry's detail page, click "Report this entry", choose a reason, and fill in the details;
- Email: write to the contact address published by the Site (see the page footer or site announcements).
For a complaint to be actionable, please provide where possible:
- the infohash of the entry (40 or 64 hexadecimal characters) or a link to its detail page;
- proof of ownership or identity: e.g. a copyright registration, a letter of authorization, or material showing you are the person concerned (for privacy complaints, a brief description of the information involved may suffice);
- a valid means of contact so that we can verify and respond.
Complaints with insufficient material may not be processed; fraudulent complaints will be rejected and recorded.
4. Timeframe and Outcome
- We commit to responding within 72 hours of receiving a complete complaint (confirming acceptance or requesting further material);
- if the complaint is verified, we will immediately hide the entry from the public site (it disappears from detail pages, search, and category listings);
- entries confirmed as infringing, privacy-invading, or security risks are written into permanent block rules by infohash and characteristics, so they never reappear in our index;
- the outcome will be communicated via the contact details you provided.
5. Appeals
A party concerned with an entry who believes a takedown was made in error may appeal through the same channel with supporting material. We will reinstate or uphold the outcome after review.
Note: what the Site removes is a metadata index record; it does not affect the torrent's propagation on the BitTorrent network. To address content at its source, please also contact the actual host or tracker.
