1. Nature of the Service

This site (the "Site") is a BitTorrent metadata search engine. The Site indexes torrent metadata (names, file lists, file sizes, infohashes, etc.) from the public network and makes it searchable.

The Site does not store, host, proxy, or stream any content files. No actual content referenced by a torrent exists on our servers. Preview images that a torrent may contain are fetched from the public network and displayed statically, solely to help users identify an entry, and the Site provides reporting and takedown mechanisms (see Takedown).

2. Acceptable Use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• use the Site for any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction;
• bulk-scrape the Site by automated means (crawlers, scripts, etc.) at a rate beyond normal browsing;
• attempt to intrude into, interfere with, or disrupt the Site's systems, network, or security mechanisms;
• submit reports or takedown requests under a false identity, or knowingly file fraudulent complaints;
• use the Site to spread links to malware or to content that infringes others' privacy or intellectual property.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Disclaimer

Indexed metadata originates from the public BitTorrent network; names and file information are provided by the original publishers and do not represent the Site's views. Copyright in any works mentioned in the metadata belongs to their respective rights holders.

The Site makes no express or implied warranty as to the legality, accuracy, or completeness of indexed entries. Information obtained via the Site is for reference only; any act of downloading or using torrent content is your own, and you bear the associated legal responsibility.

If a rights holder believes an entry infringes their legitimate rights, they may file a complaint following the process described in Takedown, and the Site will act within the promised timeframe.

4. Service Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. The Site is not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by network failures, maintenance, force majeure, or third-party actions.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Revised terms take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the Site.
